The "Register of National Internet Domain of Serbia" Foundation, abbreviated as RNIDS, manages the registry of the national .RS and .СРБ internet domains and the internet infrastructure of special importance for the functioning of the Internet in Serbia, which ensures the seamless operation of the national internet domains.

Co-founders and Authorized Representatives
Each co-founder of RNIDS is required to appoint an authorized representative who will participate in the work of the RNIDS Co-founders’ Conference on their behalf. The document appointing the authorized representative must be signed by the person authorized to represent the co-founder and submitted to RNIDS either in printed form or electronically, certified with an electronic signature.

Former Presidents and Deputies
At the regular session of the RNIDS Assembly held on May 28, 2011, the Statute of the Foundation “Serbian National Internet Domain Registry” was adopted, in accordance with the Law on Endowments and Foundations. Under this Statute, RNIDS remains the same legal entity, but a new governing body — the Co-founders’ Conference — was introduced, taking over most of the powers previously held by the RNIDS Assembly, while some responsibilities were transferred to the Board of Directors.
